In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "z98", "we", "us", or "our" refers to z98, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://z98.club and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the z98 platform, whether as a guest or a registered account holder.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the z98 registration process, including the associated PKR wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Platform" refers to the z98 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all gaming, betting, payment, and support services offered therein.
• "Services" refers collectively to all products, games, betting markets, casino tables, slot machines, payment processing functions, and customer support facilities made available through the z98 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or non-withdrawable balance awarded to a Player's Account as part of a z98 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) that have been credited to the Account and are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by z98 prior to processing withdrawals, which may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

To be eligible to register and use z98, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and using the Platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended z98 account, nor have you previously been permanently excluded from z98.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation in any online gaming activity in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of z98, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting with funds that are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity.

z98 operates a strict one-account policy. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or under a different identity, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

To access the real-money gaming Services on z98, you must complete the account registration process in full and accurately. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. z98 will never contact you via live chat, email, or any other channel to request your password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

z98 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point during your account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure.

If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your z98 Account, you must notify z98 support immediately via live chat from within your account dashboard.

All transactions on the z98 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z98 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your z98 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. z98 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. z98 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe disclosed at the point of request, though processing times may vary based on the selected payment method and the outcome of any verification checks.

Currency and Fees: z98 does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g. JazzCash, EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, for which z98 accepts no responsibility.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are generally instant upon mobile wallet confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take one to three banking days to reflect in your Account, depending on inter-bank processing times.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
• z98 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit that triggers an internal compliance review.

z98 reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or decline any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, that violates these Terms, or that triggers an anti-money-laundering flag under z98's internal compliance policies.

From time to time z98 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all z98 promotional offers:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a validity period, after which any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds may only be used on games or betting markets specified in the individual offer terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• z98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player, household, device, and IP address, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Players who, in z98's reasonable judgement, are exploiting promotional offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or abuse of multiple accounts — may have their bonus privileges revoked and any associated winnings forfeited.

z98 offers sportsbook betting (including cricket, PSL, and international T20 markets), live casino games, slots, crash games, and other gaming products. Each product category is governed by the applicable game rules displayed within the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Cricket and Sports Betting: All bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, z98's trading team decision is final. z98 reserves the right to void bets where a market has been opened or settled in error.

Live Betting: In-play betting is available on selected cricket and sports markets. z98 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome is determined but before the market is suspended shall be void.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on z98 use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within each game or market.
• z98 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable from any single bet or gaming session.
• In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session, z98 will use all available session data to determine the appropriate settlement. Where this is not possible, bets affected by the failure may be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z98 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform; any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other process.
• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including circumventing a self-exclusion or account closure.
• Impersonating another person or entity in connection with any z98 Account or transaction.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first engaging z98 support to resolve the relevant dispute.
• Any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions in a manner that z98 reasonably determines to be abusive.

z98 employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited activities. z98's determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final and binding, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

z98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. Gaming should always be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses. z98 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for any defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the applicable period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play, helping you stay aware of the time you spend on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from z98. During a self-exclusion period, your account is suspended, all marketing communications are stopped, and you will not be permitted to open a new account. z98 does not extend credit to players and does not facilitate any form of gambling on credit. All wagering activity on z98 must be funded from a positive Real Money or Bonus Fund balance in your Account.

All content on the z98 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, audio clips, video content, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of z98 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of z98.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use any z98 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without express prior written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of z98 intellectual property may result in account termination and may be subject to legal action under applicable intellectual property and commercial law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z98 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or device failure, even if z98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

z98 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

z98's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your z98 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit z98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

z98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where z98 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your Account activity poses a fraud, money-laundering, or regulatory compliance risk.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You have engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose z98 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, z98 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balance remaining in a closed Account that has not been flagged for investigative hold will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your z98 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat from within your account dashboard. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bets or withdrawal requests already in progress at the time of closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to z98's operating jurisdiction. z98 makes no representation that the Platform or its Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of z98, you must first contact z98 support via live chat from within your account dashboard. z98 aims to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support contact, z98 will escalate the matter through its internal escalation process.

All disputes regarding individual bet settlements, game outcomes, or transaction processing must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event. z98 will not consider claims raised beyond this period.

z98's decision on any dispute relating to the settlement of bets, the outcome of games, or the interpretation of game or promotion rules is final and binding, except where z98's own error is demonstrably established through verifiable system log data.

z98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, z98 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the z98 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.
